Patient: I am having trouble logging into my patient portal. How can I get this fixed?

If you are having trouble due to incorrect password, please follow the below.

1. Please go to AvellinoCov2.com.
2. Click "Login".
3. Click "Reset password".
4. Put in your email.
5. Click on "Reset password".
6. Go to your email. Please check your junk folder or spam if necessary.
7. Click on the Reset password link.
8. Put in a new password and click on Reset password.
9. Enter your username/password to log in to AvellinoCov2.com.

If you forgot your username, please submit a request to Tech Support with your email, phone number, and first and last name for confirmation.
