You need to have an Avellino Zendesk account. If you have not emailed us at all yet, you may sign up by clicking "sign in" on the top right. Then click on "sign up" and follow the remaining directions. If you have emailed us in the past, you have an account and just need to reset your password.

Click "Get a password".
Type in the same email address that you received our email from.
Go to your personal email account.
Click on the verification link.
Create a password.
Click on the carrot arrow on the top right then click on "my activities".
Review your tickets.
